Week 6 Term 4 Reading create tasks

Hey bloggers the book I did for reading is called Look, Listen and swim.

Create task 1

To create task 1 we had to Summarize our Journal in our own words and type it on a doc and then blog it!

To create task 2 we had to go on pixton or google slide to do a slide about safety rules.

After we created the document we had to write 5 safety rules.(with pictures)

To create task 3 we had to create a google slide show and show how to do  freestyle, backstroke and other stuff in steps.

Week 2 Term 4 Create tasks

For create task 2 we had to create a copy of our camping slides and then choose a picture of a camping place on slide 2.

Next we had to do our setting, then our packing list, and our activity  for 3 days and then write 5 safety rules about camping

To create task 3 we had to go to the instructional reading slides and pick a word. I picked the word grinding.

Next we had to go on our camera and go on video and record us saying a sentence with our word we picked.

After that we went on canva and uploaded our video that we recorded our sentence, and download our canva.

Fast finisher

For fast finishers we had to record ourselves reading our story.

Brain box inquiry slides

Hey bloggers this week for science we have done brain box with Miss L.

First we had to make a  copy of the Brain Box slides, Next we had to design our own circuit with scientific  symbols. After that we had to do our scientific method. We had to do, Question,Hypotheses,Materials,Procedure. After that we had to take a photo of our circuit.

My circuit didn’t work. After we did our last scientific symbol circuit. After that we did our results,Conclusion. Finally we had to reflect on what we did.

Friday basketball

Hey bloggers the year 4 students at school  do PE and cybersmart with Miss Lee and Adle on Friday.

First we had to dribble the ball with 1 hand 10 times and gave it to our buddy  and next we had to dribble the ball with 2 hands 10 times and gave it to our buddy.

For the 2 time we did basket ball

This week we dribbled the ball 5 times on one hand and five on the other  and gave it to our buddy.

Next we  dribbled the ball with one hand then bounced it behind our back to our other hand.

Next we threw  the ball in the hoops.

 

For the third time we did basketball  18/8/2023

Today is the final day we will do basketball. Today we played a game.

This time we played a paper scissor rock game while dribbling a basketball.

We got split into our house group and went on the basketball court. We stood on each line, the females on one side and the males on the other.

This is how the game looked. We dribbled the ball along the line of the court and when we met the person on the other side we did paper scissors rock, the winner will carry on going to the other side, and the loser will go off the line and dribble the ball back to their line and pass it to the next person.

After we finish we go back to class and blog our things we did and save it as a draft after every day we do basketball.
